Essar owned Aegis Acquired US-based peoplesupport for $250mn

Essar business house owned BPO service provider Aegis communications Inc.,has decided to pay $250mn(Rs1,060cr)in cash to acquire 100% stake in US-based peoplesupport Inc.Aegis is going to pay $12.25/share for peoplesupport stockholders throough its Essar services(Mauritius).Peoplesupport has service delivery centres in the phillipines and Costa Rica,offering outsourcing services to clients from banking,traveland other businesses.
